The P1-mini is the smallest monitor speaker of the Performance Series (P) that offers performance that is usual not found in speakers this size. It is the smaller version (baby brother) of the P1 speaker.  It was designed to provide listeners with that big, warm non-fatiguing sound that the Performance Series is known for, but in a smaller form factor. This slightly smaller cabinet allows this speaker to fit more easier into most environments that requires high-quality sound.  Once your have listen to this speaker, its hard to go back to listening to conventional loudspeakers.

The Design:

The P! Mini monitor speaker is our 2nd Generation loudspeaker from this line-up. It uses the cabinet construction of the MB speakers (thin wall cabinet) but in a vented box design to allow maxi um air flow for this small cabinet with minimum bracing which results in better controlled resonates.  The cabinet is aligned with a different 1” silk dome tweeter with a slightly smaller faceplate that allows the cabinet to be made smaller while still maintaining the 8” driver.   The 8" fiber/paper woofer driver with a hung voice coil structure and rubber surround delivers a very warm sound that is not harsh.  The Linkwitz-Riley crossover provides the slope design for blending between the woofer and tweeter.

The Result:

The result is a monitor speaker that can reproduce sound that rivals larger and more expensive loudspeakers without take up much space or filling your decor.  It can be use with most type of music with being harsh or fatiguing to the ears.  The sound this speaker produce is clean, clear and vibrate sound with smooth bas response.

Great for those who are looking for premium sound without bulk of conventional loudspeakers in a monitor design. Great speaker for small rooms and ideal for watching stream audio content.
