DESCRIPTION

The LM-5 adds quality and performance that is not normally found in a speaker this size. It’s a compact monitor speaker that is designed for small rooms where quality sound is need, but can also be used as a monitor for audio specialists or engineers.

The LM-5 monitor features the same Mylar dome tweeter that is found in the LM-S4 Satellite speaker. It offers clean, detailed highs without being harsh. It is accomplished by a 5-1/4” poly coated paper cone woofer that provide a smooth response and detailed mids. The speaker cabinet is crafted out of 1/2" thick MDF (medium density fiberboard) and is designed enhance lower frequency response. for reduce resonates which results in better bass performance.

The crossover design uses minimum components as possible to keep the sound from being filtered. features high quality aircore inductors and metallized polypropylene capacitors, all joint together by point to point soldering.

The result is a loudspeaker that offers big, accurate sound performance in a compact form factor at a very affordable price.
